Players often tend to mingle together the different aspects of the pickleball shot. The mingling can look like a mix of the first move with the shot, a mix of the shot and the move, or even a mix of all three. You want to make sure you observe the three different parts of each shot - the move into the shot, the stroke itself, and the move out of the shot.
In this video we show you the different parts of each stroke to make sure you understand the subtle, yet critical, importance of treating each part independent of the other. This is part of 'dancing the dance' that is pickleball.
