Serve and Return Position Front to Back Edition
Court positioning is critical. Start off the point correctly by being in the optimal position for your serve and return of serve. Being in the wrong position will start you on the wrong foot and reduce your chances of winning the point.
In this video, we focus on the front to back component to avoid you being caught out of position.
